How do I return an item?
We stand by the quality of our products and if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days from your invoice date. Please contact us us for a full refund, does not include the original shipping charges and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your
package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund
more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your
return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process
your return once we receive it (3 business days), and the time it takes your
bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Please mail your original invoice along with the product to the following address and we will notify you via email of your refund once we receive and process the returned item.
